Hey everyone.... we left Maine in the pouring rain, but able to drive out of it by the time we got to NH... Hwy 2 was a pretty drive until we ran out of pavement!!
Down to dirt & wet, the rig was filthy & I could not see out of the truck windshield!
But it all washes....
Today we did Franconia Notch... what a fun hike!! Covered bridges, waterfalls, fall color, glacial boulders, views.... it had it all
The whole area reminds us of the smokies... also checked out the cog rail train up mt Washington, not ride but saw how they do it... top in the clouds...
Have also just rode around the country side & find churches... so many unique ones.. tomorrow we go exploring again & then head to Vermont on Friday.
Yes, we have been watching the weather & the storm is pure scary... Jacki is going to secure the house & the neighbors are watching out... prayers for all...
Enjoy the pics, we are both having fun taking them...& yes, Mike is helping me "see"... we are wearing purdie out!!!
Hugs & blessings, Mike and Dee
