We headed to Vermillion Cliffs National Monument early, but stopped off it Jacob Lake again for cookies... What a treat !!!
The Cliffs were so pretty & stopped at sights along the way... The Cliff dwellers were really neat with all the unusual rock formations... At Lees Ferry got to go down to the Colorado River, only place where you can & where they load the rafters...
Also took in the historical Navajo Bridge with the Colorado below... All so neat to see... Had lunch at the Marble Canyon Lodge... All such nice people...
On the way back, stopped at Pipe Spring National Mon't.... Did not explore here as temp at 88 & windy....too much sun for D..
