GROSVENOR ARCH & KODACHROME

Hey everyone...   Im trying to get caught up & connections so so...  Prayers everyone doing ok...   We were up early as knew we were going into the back country & wanted to do it when cooler...

We headed out on a gravel road into scrub country & it is very picturesque, rough & Mike saw a coyote...  Cattle next to road...

After 12 miles, we came to the Arch & it was so worth the trip...will be on the fav list...  The early sun made it glow...  Pics don't do it justice...  Huge & able to hike around to back & see opening there...

On the return trip we stopped at Kodachrome Basin state park...  This is a pretty amphitheater of color...  Lots of pics here too & another shorter gravel road to chimney rock...  How all these spires are just there...  Is amazing...

Were able to do laundry too in a clean one at the state park...  Are all repacked & headed to Kanab in the morning...  Mike able to nap in aftn as I don't do the heat.
I burned right out of the chute, so being careful....   Purdie doing great & always up for a hike...  She naps in the truck, lol

An email from Tita in the Netherlands & she says their gas at over $8.00, so guess we won't complain at $3.35...

Greetings to all, be healthy & safe...
Love & hugs,   Mike & Dee
