We stopped at Jacob Lake Inn for famous cookies, & they were great... Zucchini lemon were the best!!!
Went straight to Bright Angel Point & Mike did this hike... Could not take Purdie, so she & I stayed up top & enjoyed the peace of the scenery.... So awesome...
From there we took Cape Royal Rd to the very end... We had Purdie in carrier & she loved it... The scenery here was over the top & both do lots of pics... Angel Window was really cool too... Walk out on top of it.
Also to Imperial Point, the highest viewpoint of the grand canyon... Really nice area....
We saw a lot of deer, go so fast, run right in front of truck!!! A lot of sad damage from forest fires... Pray it regrow...
Long ride, so really tired tonite... Bed early.
